We will contact you
A member of the HG Mind Works team will get in touch to confirm your details and explain the next steps.
We will send your pre-assessment forms
You will be asked to complete information about your current difficulties, health and developmental history. We will also ask you to nominate someone who has known you for at least 10 years to provide additional developmental information.
Your clinician will review your information
Once your forms have been returned, your assessing clinician will review the information before your diagnostic appointment.
We will arrange your ADHD assessment
We will then contact you to agree an appointment and let you know which clinician you will be seeing.
Check your email
You should receive confirmation of your payment by email.
Please also look out for emails from HG Mind Works about your assessment. If you cannot see them, check your junk or spam folder.

Our clinicians will consider all of the information available and reach the outcome that is most clinically appropriate. Any ADHD diagnosis is independently reviewed by a second clinician before it is finalised.
