Your assessment is carried out by one of our specialist clinicians and includes independent clinical validation before any diagnosis is confirmed.

Treatment Care
Titration and your first 12 months of specialist ADHD care
If you receive an ADHD diagnosis and choose to start treatment with HG Mind Works, Treatment Care covers your first 12 months from the date treatment begins.

Pre-assessment forms and clinician review - your completed pre-assessment information is reviewed before your diagnostic appointment.
Adult ADHD diagnostic assessment - comprehensive assessment including DIVA-5 structured interview, validated rating scales and clinical history.
Independent clinicial review - any ADHD diagnosis is independently reviewed by a second clinician before it is finalised.
Written diagnostic outcome report - a written report setting out the assessment findings, diagnostic outcome and recommendations.
Feedback appointment and next steps - your assessing clinician explains the outcome, answers your questions and discusses appropriate next steps.

Medication initiation and titration - medication is started where clinically appropriate and adjusted gradually to find a suitable medication and dose.

Private prescription writing - private prescriptions are issued as required throughout the treatment pathway.
Physical health monitoring - relevant monitoring is reviewed throughout treatment in line with clinical guidance.
Stabilisation and specialist review - review once treatment is stable, with ongoing specialist review during your first 12 months.
GP liaison and shared care request - where appropriate, we contact your GP to request shared care once you meet the clinical requirements.
