Start with what feels familiar.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come to us.
You might be exploring ADHD for the first time. You may have been researching autism for your child. Or perhaps you already know what support you’re looking for.
Wherever you’re starting from, we’re here to make the next step feel clearer.
Our private services
ADHD assessment for adults
Answers that can make sense of a lifetime.
Perhaps you’ve always struggled with focus, organisation or feeling overwhelmed. Maybe you’ve developed ways of coping that worked for years, until suddenly they didn’t. Or someone close to you may have suggested ADHD and things have started to click.
Our private adult ADHD service provides a clear route from initial screening and assessment through to diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care where appropriate.
Autism assessment for adults
Understanding yourself more clearly.
Many people reach adulthood without anyone recognising autism, particularly those who learned early to mask it. You may have spent years feeling different without knowing why, or come across an account of someone else’s experience that felt uncomfortably familiar.
Our assessments will look at your whole history and how you experience the world now, rather than how things appear in a single appointment.
ADHD assessment for children and young people
Support at school, and at home.
When a child is struggling to focus, sit still or manage frustration, it affects everything around them – schoolwork, friendships, and family life at the end of a difficult day.
We’ll gather information from school as well as home, so the picture is complete and the report is genuinely useful to the people who need to act on it.
Autism assessment for children and young people
Understanding your child more clearly.
Every child experiences the world differently. For some, differences in communication, social interaction, sensory processing, routines or emotional regulation may lead parents to wonder whether autism could be part of the picture.
Our assessments are designed to understand your child as an individual, looking beyond individual behaviours to build a fuller picture of their experiences, strengths and needs.
Therapy and counselling
Support for more than a diagnosis.
Sometimes what you need isn’t an assessment. It’s the right person to help you work through what’s happening, whether or not there’s a label at the end of it.
We’ll offer CBT, EMDR, interpersonal therapy and counselling for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD and phobias, with the approach matched to you rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
A clear process, from start to finish.
Seeking support can feel daunting.
From your first enquiry through to assessment, feedback and any ongoing care, our team will explain what’s happening, why it’s happening and what comes next.
And if you’re not sure which service is right for you, that’s fine too. Get in touch and we can help point you in the right direction.
Three things make us different.
A diagnosis that holds up.
Every report is reviewed by a second clinician before it reaches you. A report that gets questioned by a GP, a school or an employer helps nobody, and you shouldn’t have to do this twice.
We're an NHS provider too.
We deliver assessment services for NHS foundation trusts and psychological wellbeing programmes for UK emergency services. The same clinicians and the same governance sit behind our private work.
We don't keep you longer than you need.
Where treatment or medication is the right step, we provide it – and work towards handing you back to your GP under shared care, rather than keeping you as a private patient indefinitely. You’ll know what the full pathway costs before you commit to anything.
Not sure where to start?
You don’t need to know which assessment, service or route you need before getting in touch.
Tell us a little about what has brought you here and we’ll help you understand the most appropriate next step.
