The assessment is the start, not the answer.

HG Mind Works provides ADHD and autism assessment, talking therapies and specialist mental health support across England – for people arranging their own care, and for NHS organisations, emergency services and education providers.

We deliver assessment and diagnosis, therapy, prescribing and review, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy.

Whether someone reaches us through their employer, an NHS contract, their school or by picking up the phone themselves, the clinical standard is the same.

We deliver the care, not just the assessment.

We hold live NHS and public sector contracts, employ our own multidisciplinary clinical team, and run a governance framework that was in place before our first patient. That’s what lets us take someone from first appointment through to treatment, review and handback – rather than issuing a report and passing the problem on.

Why any of this matters to you.

You should only have to do this once.

An assessment is a significant thing to go through, and often a significant amount of money. If the report that comes out of it gets questioned by your GP, dismissed by a school or set aside by an NHS service, you’re back where you started – having already paid, and having already waited. What you need is a report that holds up wherever it goes.

How we make sure of that.

Every diagnostic report is reviewed by a second clinician before it reaches you. Our assessments follow NICE guidance and use validated clinical interviews rather than questionnaires alone. Our clinical governance was in place before our first patient came through the door, and our CQC registration is our own — not contracted or inherited from another provider.

The same standard, whoever is paying.

We’re an approved provider on the HealthTrust Europe framework, which lets NHS organisations contract with us without a full procurement process. It matters here because it means we’re held to the standard the NHS applies to its own suppliers – and there isn’t a lighter-touch version for people funding their own care.

Newly launched - and transparent about it

We launched in 2026. We have a small number of reviews rather than years of them, and we’d rather you weighed us on things you can verify — our CQC registration, our clinical methodology, our governance framework, and a direct conversation with the team before you commit to anything.

If you’d like to speak to someone first, call 0208 126 8767 or email contact@hg-mindworks.com. There is no obligation and no pressure.
