Group Supervision

An opportunity to share and add to existing coping strategies, and to manage the challenges of both everyday pressures and exposure to direct and indirect involvement in incidents.

What does it look like?

Confidential group discussion, facilitated by trained therapists, clinicians and supervisors, experienced in assisting individuals and organisations in applying key concepts such as boundaries, responsibility, risk and selfcare, in their relationship with work.

Why?

To highlight shared challenges, strengthen morale, resilience, and well-being on both an individual, team and organisational level.

How?

By creating a safe, supportive environment where colleagues can openly discuss challenges, learn ways to process stress, and identify constructive ways forward.

What it is not:

No one is required to share anything they do not wish to. No one is expected to complete psychological measurements. It is not a therapy session, nor does the supervision focus upon individual experiences of mental health. If you feel you would benefit from individual therapy please click here.
